I must have been gone to have missed this. And it makes me wonder how and why do the people of california vote for this guy. And celebrity is all he is, not an actor, not politician and not a leader.
Report thisDamn, he is stupid and arrogant. And to get his goals, it would not matter who suffered or was harmed for him to obtain those goals.

Arnold, got back to Nazi Germany. You have to be born in the US to be president. I’m not sure Obama would agree with this since he seems to be benefiting, but everyone is aware that you were not born here.
You’ve done enough damage in CA….do us all a favor…........stay out of politics.

Just for the record brad, Arnold is from AUSTRIA, not Germany. Yes he DOES know that he cannot be President, because he’s actually talked about trying to have that law changed.
Why you think that Obama is ‘benefiting’ is beyond me, though is does highlight your own ignorance. Obama is a US born citizen, and I’m not sure where you see him personally ‘benefiting’ from his job as the newly elected president. THAT would be a benefit to US, not him. (the presidential salary is NOT equal to the duties that he is expected to perform, -more like miracles after 8 years of destruction and chaos). I guess that means he’s not in it for the money.
I might also add that it’s highly unlikely Arnold is going anywhere, (his wife is a predominant member of the established Democratic Dynasty, and she worked to support Obama and all of the other democratic candidates during this past election.)
But if you don’t want him muddling up California more than he already has, maybe you should do more than post stupid stuff on line – like support somebody else for the job. It never ceases to amaze me how many people are willing to give the power of the pen to these politicians, (8 years of Dick Bush) and then sit back and bitch.

You can’t be president unless you are a natural born U.S. citizen! If Arnold doesn’t even know this, I’m afraid for what he would do if he was in a higher political position!

In modern industrialized farming, it takes about 10 calories of fossil fuel input in various forms (pesticides, fertilizers, fuels for farm machinery and transportation, etc) to produce 1 calorie of vegetable energy output. Thus, Gov. Arnold’s vegetable oil-guzzling Hummer consumes more fossil fuels than an ordinary gas-guzzling Hummer by a factor of 10. With stupid pseudo-green thinking like this, we’ll soon be living in a global desert. Save the earth and support genuinely rational thinking: keep Gov. Arnold out of the White House unless he’s on a guided tour with proper adult supervision.

Exit polls indicate that the Republicans lost the 2008 elections because the party strayed from its base and otherwise conservative voters used the ballot to punish the GOP. If the GOP presumed to run this celluloid hero for any kind of national office after such a loud and clear message, it would imply that party bosses were pursuing their own agenda by deliberately not “getting it”.
You thought a Republican governor might serve as a firewall against a runaway Democratic legislature? Schwarzenegger so readily succumbs to the will of a Democratic state legislature that we might as well have infected ourselves with Jerry Brown all over again.
Contrary to the tough and resolute film characters he plays, Arnold is a leaf blowing whichever way the winds carry him. Even when vetoing bills, his responses coach his opponents as to how they can best achieve their goals given the current political climate. Schwarzenegger indicates that he doesn’t want to take ownership of the political heat for controversial issues so those promoting the vetoed bill should use the courts to achieve their goals.
When “conservatives” perform like Democrats, there’s no reason to vote for them. For conservative voters the candidate is compromised and conciliatory; for Democrats, another Democrat will always be better at being a liberal.
The only thing Schwarzenegger stands for is celebrity, but given a constituent consumer base for whom vague motivational rhetoric satisfices for substance, a photo of Schwarzenegger sitting on a Harley might be enough.

Govs Aide: But Governor Shwanzisbigger, aside from the constitutional problems with your eligibility, you don’t have a constituency. Who would vote for you?
Gov Shwanzisbigger: “Not to worry Dillon, I’ll be black!”

Okay, Arnold, bring it on! For the solar energy project, the squirrels will adjust to a new environment. For new energy efficient cars, I wonder if cars would run on B.S. or rocks because I live in an area where there is lots ot it.

Arnold’s not a bad actor but, perhaps he might want to learn good budgeting before inflicting on all of america the travesty he has on California.
