Racism Is Over (at Least for Some Neocons)

Bill Bennett
youtube.com / tpmtv

Neoconservative white-guy Bill Bennett uttered a frightening example of what many fear will be a knock-back for minority rights in the U.S. Asked about how an Obama victory would affect perceptions of race, Bennett suggested that because one black man has been elected president, claims about institutionalized racism are no longer viable.

The beginning of socialism in America is here.

If youve worked hard, followed the rules, and paid your bills, be prepared to now hand over a percentage to help the ignorant and lazy. Socialist programs for the ‘lesser’ members of society are just that, socialist. Last time i checked this was supposed to be a free capitalist country.
If i hear one congressman talk about reparations or free health care im going to puke.
If you dont like our capitalist, free, republic, then get out, go somewhere else.

Bill Bennett is a right wing hypocritical christian neocon propagandist for the GOP, he always has been. His lame observations have made him a grade c or lower pundit on even Fox news shows.
This election not only exposed the GOP previously denied baggage of entrenched racism; it made it blatantly obvious.
Americans were not surprised about the festering inherent racist nature of the GOP. Americans were taken aback at the vigor of especially the Palin rallies and the christian right insane rhetoric of anti-christ charges to the outrageous claims of the Dobson organization and the like. Americans; however,
do not fall prey to the Bennett’s claim or for that matter any right wing pundits claim that claims about institutionalized racism are no longer viable.
We just witness racism rear it’s ugly head in the McCain campaign.  Despite denials from the right, christians, and it’s pundits; the palpable indelible effect of the McCain and GOP Committee’s campaigns will forever be remembered as racially tinged.
This elections is a leap in social evolution, akin to the end of a mental ceiling of slavery. The battle is far from over to win the hearts and souls of the GOP’s dark minds. They, like Bennett today; continue their rhetoric of denial and spin, obviously self serving lies and propaganda (sound and fury).
Until the white christian fundamentalist base of the GOP is not longer the base; this battle continues. The detractors of social evolution have always been the christian fundamentalist factions in the nation through out our history; they have consistently been for discrimination in many forms and they continue.
To paraphrase liberally something McCain said; the religious fundamentalists of the GOP are sound.
I am reminded of a question Bill O’Rielly asked Senator John McCain during the campaign; O’Rielly asserted that regarding the presidency ,male white rule was a tradition that should be continued and solicited agreement from McCain. Senator McCain did not disagree. Bennett now infers such self serving foolishness; just as with this election, American is not listening to GOP lies and assertions any longer.
We have evolved.

So if one person is cured of cancer, then cancer is no longer a medical problem.

Bennett gambled on his logical abilities and he lost again, or he knowingly was trying to give a talking point to those who screamed for Obama’s murder and such.
