The Republicans will lie until the polls close. And even after Obama is elected president, they will keep on lying. After 8 years in control they are now believing their own lies.

No matter what were the motives that led to the US raid on Syrian territory,it undoubtedly reflect the degree of hate and resentment for Syria’s success in breaking the so-called American imposed isolation over Syria.It could also be interpreted as a last belligerent opportunity to improve McCain’s fading chances in securing this election.So, regardless of what the reasons may be, the fact remains that the Bush Administration by attacking Syria in such a barbaric manner, has ince again revealed its terrorist nature and made it imperical for Syria and all Arabs to resist and expell this undesired parasite from our region.

Yes Jamal Dhajani, you’re right in your analysis; I expressed the same thoughts in a comment on Truthdig when they first reported this almost a week ago.

The evil Bush, who dug for us a deep hole in this country to bury its decency and values, wants badly to pass the the digging shovel to the most qualified, evil McCain, so he would continue digging this burial hole deeper.

I have written many things against evil Bush, which make hundreds of pages I hope to publish in the future about Bush’s Dark Age. However, McCain, as a long partner with Bush in evil, also deserves some commemoration of shame. Therefore I wrote the following verse couplets on him:

My pursuit is to reach Truth’s inmost shrine-
And I am not my Self’s ass, he is mine;
Now since the beast I ride on rides on you,
That you’re a “hero” is quite plainly untrue;
You love the Self- it’s lit in you a fire
Of nagging lust, insatiable desire,
A blaze that burns your vigor, wastes your heart,
Leaving infirmity in every part,
Consuming all your strength, till deaf and blind
You’re old, forgetful, rambling in your petty mind.

(From “The One Thousand and One American Nightmares”)
