Wonkette was correct in calling this clip “phenomenal stuff.” It’s also scary stuff—check out this video by Blogger Interrupted, showing supporters of John McCain and Sarah Palin demonstrating how negative campaigning strategies and catchphrases can hit their marks.

Check out the Anti-Palin protest on the steps of the State Capital Building in Juneau, Alaska on 10-11-08. A much brighter group of people than McCain’s hoard.

It would appear that the GOP attracts, caters to, and fosters hateful ignorant people.  No thanks, I don’t want to be part of their group.  Maybe they could move to Alaska and secede from the Union—-following their leaders, The Palins.  Hard to fight against closed-mindedness.
May their world be destroyed by the election of one of the finest men who has ever run for president, and we are blessed that he is running at all.  And, he happens to be black.

A very effective tool divisiveness, for one thing McCain cannot agree with Obama, because that would make more people less divisive, must promote the two party system and widen make believe differences. Keep the us and them approach ignited and fanned.  Ignorance is a key foundation to what is happening.

Instead of asking questions a mob works themselves into a mindless mob mentality. They could even work themselves into talking in tongues. Probably works the same way in other countries when they stone people to death.  As Troublesome stated, they escorted out the person asking McCain the uncomfortable question.

Religion as in politics has a very similar approach toward those in attendance, for they are like mindless people who attend.  Preconditioning and prepped the people attending these Palin rallies, like a sports event love her cheer leader routine, mobs are unquestioning to what they are being told, said or fed. In religion at pulpit or political rallies at the podium reason is not an option.

Sarah Palin’s son is not fighting for our freedom, he is to be assigned to a motorcade driving the VIP’S around and not on the front lines.

By stirring up the uneducated mob rule mentality at their rallies, John and Sarah have laid the ground work for the masses to act on their basic instinct-violence against someone they have been brainwashed into believing is an “evil terrorist who hates America.” These two knew exactly what they were doing, it may have grown bigger, faster than they thought and now the monster of hatred has come home to roost to the point they are booing the so called person they want as President when he tries to quell this mob. If John tries to hard to correct their lies, his followers might just take him down/out as well. Do not doubt that these ignorant masses will not go away quietly and see the truth over the lies. They only function of hatred, violence and destruction when stirred up to this degree of hatred. Not only should these people not be allowed to vote(there are rules against letting “imbeciles” vote-government wording)they should not be allowed to reproduce either. There is too much inbreeding already in the Republican Party and it’s followers now.

far from setting a “straw man” fallacy, the interviewer solicits many respondents to proclaim arguments that have been refuted exhaustively. the questions are direct and simple; the responses are utter nonsense and slanderous. the “blood line” response is the most disturbing and hateful.

This stuff is nothing new.  In fact it is far from the worst that’s out there.  About 10 or 15 years ago 60 minutes did an investigation of white supremicist groups and they showed the indoctrination of children that goes on in those groups.  They were being systematically taught not only to hate Blacks and Jews but to say that they would kill them all as well.

What this video demonstrates is the failure of our educational system and the success of the msm.  Our educational system has failed to teach people how to think and the corporate media has succeeded in promoting cheap entertainment over public affairs.  The people in the video are not evil, they just don’t know how to think, how to interpret what they see and hear.

It’s part of every campaign.  There were people who thought that the Clintons were running drugs from Columbia to Arkansas; that Hillary shot Vincent Foster in the White House and had the body removed to the National Cemetary.

It’s been said that Sarah Palin doesn’t value learning and that she appeals to people who share that view.  But how did it come to that - that we have people running for high office who do not value learning and intellectual accomplishment?  Could it have anything to do with the fact that we spend more on war and killing people than on education.  Obama is part of the military congressional industrial complex and he thinks things are fine the way they are.  He wants to increase military spending and send more troops to Afganistan.

Obama talks about hope.  What do the people in this video have to hope for?  The class system in the US is becoming a caste system.  We should have learned from conditions in the Middle East that when people become hopeless they think and do desperate things.  But we have learned nothing.

Either McCain has lost control over his political rallies or some of these people have been hired to do the things they do.  How else can you explain the shift that has occurred at McCain’s events?

It was only a few months back that I read an article about a Baptist preacher who was escorted from a McCain town hall meeting by the Des Moines police and Secret Agency just for asking McCain about a story from “Cliff Schecter’s book, The Real McCain, which alleges that during a 1992 campaign stop, McCain angrily called his wife a “trollop” and an expletive in front of aides and reporters.”

If McCain was able to arrange for the police and Secret Service Agency to escort people out of a town hall meeting for asking a “troublesome” questions a few months ago, why isn’t he doing it now, especially when some of these individuals at his events are ranting, raving and promoting violence.

It seems to me that the good people of Illinois should have something to say about these attacks on their Senator…the one they ELECTED and the one who has served them well for quite awhile. All this talk about Obama being a “terrorist” should make the Land of Lincoln people want to stand up and DEMAND that the McCain/Palin campaign either put up or shut up…and include another demand…an outright apology, not only to their Senator(and OUR soon to be PRESIDENT) but to the Illinois citizens as well!

I believe every political party has their weirdoes so what I see here doesn’t surprise me.  What concerns me is McCain has selected a weirdo as his Vice President nominee and allows this weirdo to incite weirdoes in an audience.

Surely, McCain has enough savvy to understand why Palin’s connection to the Assembly of God’s “witch doctor” is truly over the edge. The same is true with her “beliefs” in what is and is not God’s will:

“. . . I think God’s will has to be done in unifying people and companies to get that gas line built . . . “ [Palin]

“. . . I’ll be doing my job in developing natural resources . . . but really all that stuff doesn’t do any good if the people of Alaska’s part isn’t right with God. And that’s going to be your job.  . . As I’m doing my job . . .  your job is going to be out there reaching the people . . . and we can work together to make sure God’s will be done here.” [Palin]

“. . . Pray for our military men and women, who are striving to do what is right, also for this country, that our leaders, our national leaders are sending them out on a task that is from God.” [Palin]

“. . . that is what we have to make sure we are praying for, that there is a plan and that plan is God’s plan. . . “[Palin]

“. . . There was something about the natural resources, about the state,  there was some things that God wants to tap into, to be a refuge for the lower 48, and I believe Alaska is one of the refuge states. . . in the last days, and hundreds and thousands of people are going to come to this state to seek refuge, and the church has to be ready to administer to them.” [Pastor Kalnin with nods from Palin]

Knowing that these people are energized enough to come to a political rally tells us they will vote.  It is clear that they are not interested in facts, reason, logic, or truth.  There only interest is in opposing the ‘elite.’

Do not become complacent.  Vote, and encourage other thinking people to vote.  Anyone who thinks about the choice presented in this election, and anyone who paid attention to what has gone on in the last eight years will have no choice but to vote Obama / Biden.

We need intelligence in the White House, not another team of deliberate idiots.

In a recent run in with the Governor of Alaska, a heckler was told that the Governor’s son was over in Iraq fighting for that heckler’s right to protest, and this was stated with roaring approval from the crowd assembled. Even more amazing was the comment from mainstream news, that Governor Palin shows “she can think on her feet.”
That old demagogic saw about fighting for my freedom, still has resonance with those who fall under the spell of the jingoistic drumbeat for never ending war. No one it seems has to courage to say: I never asked you to do any such thing. All conflicts post WWII have been ambiguous excursions into imperialistic lies and double talk, from southeast Asian dominoes to Islamic extremists “who hate our freedom”.
Governor Sarah Palin is the perfect demagogue for this obscene murderous agenda. The servile mainstream news can not muster up the backbone to reveal what a lying pile of shit this all is. Instead we are informed that the Alaska Governor, although a relative newcomer, is a quick study indeed.
This is our moment. These are the lies we’ve been waiting to die for. The trophy hunting hockey mom, I’ve been told, is a natural born leader. When it comes to cynicism and viciousness, she has plenty of both. You betcha!

Now I have never been to Ohio, but if you went a little deeper into their mental disconnect, they seem probably like classic racists.  Trying to comprehend they are even real people is very hard to accept, you sure they are not actors?

If you listen to them, they do sound a lot like Palin, seems their so called brains could be molded to do anything, for reason and logic were no place to be seen.

These people cannot be real?

What a load of Jerks!

If this is all McCain can do to get elected, and if Americans who aren’t hard-core Repubicans will follow suit, then no wonder the U S is in the state it’s in.

People will certainly ‘get the government they deserve’ if they are this kind of people.

I wonder if you asked these people away from a political rally if they know of Mohammad Ali, one of the greatest athletes(American) of all time. I remember years ago a poll , asked in every corner of the world, which American again which AMERICAN do you most respect and are most aware of? The answer was Mohammad Ali. Oh by the way, G. Bush awarded this devout Muslim the Presidential Medal of Freedom on Nov 9, 2005.

Another prove that will show the rest of this country, indeed the rest of the world, what kind of blind ignorance, plain stupidity, and yes, pure racism is still being displayed in this country.

Sadly no real surprise here, because as seen many times before, these very same people are the typical
“white-trailer-park-trash” you will find that will vote for any other scum-bag…except a black person.

This video serves as a kind of testament to why you should vote against McCain/Palin and for Barack Hussein Obama (please note: his middle name is nothing to be ashamed of). Stupidity is cultivated ignorance. The Governor of Alaska is a farmer for this, outstanding in her field.
The last thing this country needs is a half brain dimwit who believes she is better prepared by being misinformed. When exactly was it that petty mediocrity came to be seen as a virtue?
