Tuesday night marked the second debate between John McCain and Barack Obama, moderated by NBC’s Tom Brokaw at Belmont University in Nashville, Tenn. While Brokaw struggled to stick to the script, the two candidates fielded questions about the current economic catastrophe and American foreign policy.

I tack the senator claim of wanting change seriously. I also understand the diversity of his constituency
I am concerned about the increasing militaristic tones of sen. Obama which is very opposite to his
massage of negotiation and international cooperation. The last example is his position on policies towered Russia, at the beginning of the crises he talked about watching closely and going to international bodies. He knows very well that Russia was not the one who started the military action. second, the preemptive doctrine of Georg bush degraded severely the trust in treaties negotiation and international low.
I am also very disappointed of the very unbalanced statements about the senator stand on the Arab-Israeli conflict?  He is saying that the oil Arabs we hate our depends on your oil and giving you our money, but we love Israel and will do any thing they need us to do. To the rest of the middle east not a single word. He also say to Iran obey our interpretation of the international low, while Israel dose not need to fellow any low international or other wise because we say
when I was child we had food aid from the surplus food program from the united Stats. To day Arab children receive military aid if their country is an obedient one other with they are on the receiving end of the chock and awe firework show I also wonder why Sen. Obama does not mention the grave breeches of our civil rights and their severe constitutional excess of the present administration! After all he is a constitutional lawyer? Thank you very and my best wishes

Not big surprise in this debate for me, except that the depth of McCain’s disdain for Obama became even more palpable in his body language and behavior. When is the last time a Presidential candidate referred to his opponent in the debate by pointing to him and calling him “that one”?

McCain is growing more visually bitter and grumpy in every debate. I particularly enjoyed how he attempted to chastise Obama for his overt talk of military action in Pakistan, and Obama immediately called McCain out on his own singing of “bomb bomb Iran” and for calling for the annihilation of North Korea.  You could see the defeat in McCain’s body as backed into his chair and instantly deflated at the realization that his jab had not only failed to score, but backfired.  I could almost imagine him saying to himself “ah...fuck. That point went right down the tube”.
