Palin Says She’s ‘The New Ideas’Posted on Sep 30, 2008
CBS continues to ration out the Sarah Palin morsels to a nation eager to know and see more. In this clip, the Alaska governor defends her joke about Joe Biden’s age by saying, “You know, I’m the new energy, the new face, the new ideas and he’s got the experience based on many, many years in the Senate and voters are going to have a choice there in what it is that they want in these next four years.” CBS: Advertisement Previous item: Palin Responds to Controversy, Says She’s Ready, Willing and Able Next item: ‘Colbert Report’: McCain Courts the Reptile Vote New and Improved CommentsIf you have trouble leaving a comment, review this help page. Ms. Palin is unable to name any periodical, news material and she is the “new idea” person? It is disheartening that the republicans have not forced John McCain to choose a new running mate. It is absurd that there are some Americans who think she’s wonderful in spite of facts that indicate she left her home town $20M in debt after her tenure as Mayor, and facts that she made raped women pay for rape kits. We have not even approached her alleged abuse of power antics. We will get exactly what we deserve if the majority in this nation votes for McCain (think savings and loans here) and Palin (think, well, just think).

“voters are going to have a choice there in what it is that they want in these next four years.”
Yeah, we do have a choice in whether we want an experienced Senator acting as President of the Senate.
Or is she insinuating that McCain won’t live longer than a year, and that we’d have 4 years of her as President if we elect him?

I’d like to know why Joe Biden isn’t getting equal one-on-one interview time.

She’s an airhead. As far as energy policy, I hope Biden reminds her that experts agree that drilling will only make a slight dent in US dependence on foreign oil.

This backwoods Barbie makes Dan Quayle look a Bismarck or a Solomon and even makes Dubya look educated and capable…if that’s even possible.
We now know George W. Bush is the worst President in the history of America (Beating out such unlaudables as the former # 1 and 2 of badness, John Tyler and James Buchanan, and far out-stripping such lousy Presidents as Harding and Grant. Even Nixon, whom most of us remember, was actually intelligent, and, by today’s standards would be a raving liberal).
However, even CONTEMPLATING a Palin Presidency makes me prefer the devil I know!
