The real question here is will the Keating Five scandal have any reverberations in the 2008 election? Certainly the scandal, which was a national news item, was not enough to stop his re-election, several times over. Bob Bennett was his attorney? Oh yeah, that is the same chap who did some work for a former President, I think his name was Clinton.
John McCain as a well oiled, inside Washington eel. The arrogance of the Arizona Senator is so incredibly apparent. How in the world can anyone support this creep? But sadly millions do.

As far as the Keating Five goes, Sen. McCain, did not come out “clean as a whistle.” 
Sen. McCain, is not the maverick, truth express, person that he says he is, he’s as dirty and political as any person who has a Senatorial job.
My view of politicians is quite jaded, yet I believe that the founding fathers did not intend that people in Congress make their life’s work being in Congress. Sen, McCain, cannot say that he did not ask for influence peddling and favours in the scandal, yet his protestations are among the worst ever. His denial does not ring true, when put up against the records which are available in the MSM.
Should we elect someone that cannot remember how many houses he owns, does not admit his guilt in the scandal of the Keating Five and worse yet has now been co-opted by the Far Right Wing of the Republican Party,  the Fundamentalist Christian’s that are so intolerant of others that they cannot abide a person with integrity like Sen. Barack Obama. 
Should the electorate be hoodwinked by the MSM, the Republican party and the corporate interests that have controlled this country for almost 60 years, then G-d, help those who have something to say in the way of dissent, for there will be no redress that is allowed. All your rights will be gone and you will disappear, maybe to the prison colony of Iraq or Iran.
Our only hope is that there is a fair and free election, and Sen. Obama, becomes President Obama.

This is the first I’m hearing about this series, McCain Revealed. (maybe because I never watch MSM).

So, this is a good thing. I thought we were gonna have another total blackout of the truth of John McCain, just as there was with GW Bush, and all of his bankrupted business and other law-breaking.

I noticed at the tale end of this, that the next story was going to be about his opiate addicted wife, who stole money and drugs from her own charity.

Wonder what excuses he’s gonna make for that?

Why didn’t the reporter counter with, “Bob Bennett is your attorney, he’s paid to say you’re innocent?”
Maybe we could’ve seen some of that famous McCain temper.
