Celebrity Ad Wars: Obama EditionPosted on Aug 11, 2008
Celebrities have become mere pawns in the tussle between John McCain and Barack Obama, both of whom have now released campaign ads accusing the other of being a celebrity and snuggling up to celebrities. Celebrities = bad! Watch Obama’s “Embrace” ad:

OK, I checked into this Robert Puglia, and just as I was about to settle on a standard crime thriller just for some leisure reading. Ya know FICTION..I was astounded by this. This is even better, and its REAL. I knew about the Keating thing, but this just gets into all sorts of Godfather style stuff. Holy Shit! Why am I not surprised by this?
Now we havent heard from Outraged in a while, and that worries me a bit. But, I said that to say that she was our expert at digging up similar stuff on the Clintons and the gangsters of Arkansas. So, since she might be on a sabbatical of sorts, Ill have to take on the task of the same for old Johnnie Boy here.
Im not kidding, this really does read like a Mafia Archive He’s a CELEBRITY all right.
Heres an intro and one of the links..
. JOHN McCAIN, the alleged main challenger to George W. Bush for the Republican nomination, is a war “hero” we are told who was captured by the CIA-controlled North Vietnamese during the CIA-created Vietnam War. Two former Special Operations operatives and Vietnam Veterans organisations like US Veterans Dispatch have a rather different story of McCain’s war record. As a politician he has viciously attacked those groups seeking justice for Vietnam veterans and prisoners of war.
At the very least one must ask why a man who says he fought for “freedom” and American “values” should be involved with the kind of company he keeps.
McCain is a puppet of the Phoenix-Arizona mobster network, the state he represents as a senator. To understand the background to John McCain, you need to know about the Kemper Marley organised crime network which runs Arizona. Marley was the protégé of Sam Bronfman of the major Illuminati bloodline family in North America which owns the liquor giant Seagrams and Universal Music, the biggest music company in the world. See related article on Time Warner. Marley had also been connected to what remained of the Al Capone operation.
Kemper Marley, now dead, owned the Arizona liquor monopoly, United Liquor. In 1948 two employees of this “company” were jailed for federal liquor violations and one of them was Jim Hensley, the general manager, and father in law to John McCain.
Marley himself was saved from prosecution by his personal attorney, William Rehnquist, who went on to be the present Chief Justice of the US Supreme Court!! When Hensley came out of prison he was rewarded by Marley with a Budweiser distributorship, which is now in the hands of John McCain. The last estimate I saw it was worth $200 million.
When a reporter on the Arizona Republic, Don Bolles, threatened to expose the Marley rackets and the big names involved, he was murdered when a bomb exploded in his car. Bolles was wheeling and dealing with these guys and so knew the truth. His last words were: “Adamson, Emprise, the mafia.”
John Adamson was a hit man and Emprise was a dog track operation which changed it’s name to Sportservice. It is controlled by the Kemper Marley mob.
Marley, with his massive wealth and influence, controlled all the congressmen and senators in Arizona, as his successors still do. These include our “war hero”, John McCain.
Another Phoenix figure, the Marley-connected Charles Keating, paid John McCain $112,000 and a deal between Keating and McCain’s wife involving a shopping centre, netted half a million dollars in six months. Keating has faced criminal charges for corruption.
You will never be told the true background to any of this by the Arizona media, like the Arizona Republic and the Phoenix Gazette. They were started by a guy called Eugene Pullium, at the instigation of, yes, you guessed it, Kemper Marley.
Read more at the link. Its mesmerizing, and scary as hell. Pictures and all..

Ah…so you’ve noticed that as well, eh? Nobody says anything about this ocean full of gangster water that floats McCain’s yacht.
Thing is, where would it come from? The repugs are sure gonna keep it all quiet as a mouse, (even RATS can be quieter when they need to). And we KNOW that Rove has them all thoroughly dedicated to swiftboating Obama, but somehow managing to keep a lid on all of McCain’s gangster connections.
So the only way it’s gonna get ‘busted out’ to the extent that the public knows of it on a massive level, is to get the Obama campaign into the same low road tactics that McCain uses. So far, he hasn’t been willing to do that, just like John Kerry didn’t come up with any tit for tat back in 2004.
Thing is, there doesn’t seem to be much choice, especially with a population that seems to only react to bullshit that doesn’t mean much of anything.
Still, I’ll do the google thing and check it out, and see if I can come up with some fire to fight the fire, since some folks have to actually be kicked in the head with certain realities.

What makes a celebrity? Media coverage carefully planned, plotted, and executed by public professionals. Everything is staged - e.g. the photo ops with congresmen and presidents.
There are no longer authentic celebrities who merit attention. Movie starts don’t make it anymore - and neither do politicians.
Celebrities carry almost as much weight as millionaires used to.
America has been so dumbed down that people pay attention to celebrities as though they are smarter than the average person.
McCain is a loser, not a celebrity. Obama is not a celebritity. They are just two politicians battling eachother for one vacancy (soon we hope).

Oh dear, what has happened to the knight on the white horse?
This week, many of Barack Obamas admirers were shocked. Up to now, it had been believed that the huge sums of money flowing into the coffers of his campaign came from anonymous citizens, each sending a check for 100 or 200 dollars.
Now, alas, it has been disclosed that a large part of those millions actually came from big donors - the very same huge corporations, their CEOs and lobbyists, who have corrupted the democratic process in previous contests. They spread their largesse generously and simultaneously among all the candidates from left to right, so as to be on the winning side whatever happens.
Obama had promised to put an end to the old, dirty corporate funding-for-influence system. Now it appears that he participates in this corrupt system himself.
What a disappointment.

Anyone care to provide the list of “what” he exactly plans to change? Looking like the same ol stuff to me

why is nothing ever reported on the connections between mccain and the kemper marley machine? google kemper marley and the search elicits a web of characters from lansky to licavoli with bronfman, siegel, dalitz, capone, rehnquist and john mccain in the mix to boot. it is fascinating to me that mccain’s political ship is floated by so much gangster water and no one says boo about it.

I think this is a great response ad. Shows McSame to be…McSame. These are standard ads…there was one running during our last Governor election, showing yet another ‘celebrity’,Arnold the Terminator - or Exterminator, as he repeated praise over and over again, for..George W. Bush. (the ad had him in speeches, repeating the praise of GWB like he was in a flippin’ worship service someplace)
I thought it was pretty clever myself. It didn’t work, but it was still clever. We know that Schwartzie is in the same corporate capital pocket as Bushie, which is why the corporate elitists of California elected him.
This ad does the same thing. Hooks McSame to his ideological twin, and that’s the point….just so that everybody knows what they’re buying with McSame. Another Dick Bush corptocracy and kleptocracy.
