In this clip from The Real News, featuring an interview with Colin Powell’s former chief of staff, Larry Wilkerson, we learn that Iranian officials made an offer back in 2003 to negotiate with the Bush administration about all the important issues causing friction between Tehran and Washington. But we also learn that Dick Cheney was opposed to “talking to evil, period”—and had certain other reasons for refusing Iran’s overture.

Actually billcosbys, I think if you go back to around 1992, you’ll discover that it’s been very much the original plan. I think the two reports offered here by Truthdig do an excellent job of revealing that.

http://www.truthdig.com/report/item/20080612_john_m ccains_chilling_project_for_america/

http://www.truthdig.com/avbooth/item/20080610_chene ys_goal_regime_change_across_the_middle_east/

The title of the first is a bit of a misnomer, because this didn’t begin as John McCain’s project, though he later signed on to it. The second link connects Cheney (along with others) to the original project, and it very certainly DID include Iran.

Of course it helps that the American people have been so easily fooled, but that’s been no ‘accident’ either. That’s the result of a meticulously well planned and well oiled (no pun intended) propaganda machine.

And we also know that the American people alone, (even if more of us were not as fooled) could not stop the original plan, once we allowed for the The Coup of 2000, that allowed them to actually put the plan in operation.

Due to his aversion to conversing with Evil, Dick Cheney can’t bear to talk to himself either, which is the case of any sociopath, who is always a divided self. After Nixon there should have been a law against allowing Dicks in high public office. They appear to be susceptible to inhumane schemes of the likes of Henry Kissinger.

A case of IN SEARCH OF ENEMIES, subsequent to end of EVIL SOVIET EMPIRE COLD WAR.

Iran can be counted on to fulfill the Merchants of Death needs when it is decided that a declaration of war is needed, besides the dozens of proxy wars all over the globe, including the proxy one with Iran, in Iraq. Remember Lords of War: I’d rather deal with someone who can give me his word there is going to be a war on such and such date….

Anybody know where part 2 of this interview is?

I’ve been following up, whenever and wherever I can find him, on Larry Wilkerson. He’s been pretty outspoken from the beginning, and even more so since he and Colin Powell left the cesspool. Actually, Colin Powell threatened to leave BEFORE he even went through the motions of that farce at the UN. I think I mentioned before, what his immediate, (off the record) response was to that request for him to present to the UN on behalf of the US, in seeking the resolution to attack Iraq.

He said” “This is bullshit! I’m not presenting this argument to the UNSC.”

But alas…he didn’t leave, and he did present the bullshit stuff to the UN, and when he knew they weren’t gonna go for it, he quitely withdrew the request for the resolution, and Cheney whacked Iraq without it.

The rest has been history, and the bloodiest one in my own memory.

Meantime, Larry Wilkerson is a good guy. I’d like to see the rest of this interview. If anybody finds it before I do, let us know.

All you have to do is look at the PNAC documents from the 1990s. Everything was in place said Cheney back in 1997, to redraw the maps of the Middle East- the only thing missing, you recall he added, with that patented sneer no doubt ” is our Pearl Harbor.”

Why is this Guy NOT testifiying to congress. Oh that’s right his statement have substance and they are only looking for an Dog & pony Show which will help them to appear like they are doing their jobs and Not complicite in this Regimes doctrine of a ‘New World Order’ of Human Oppression.
this is the Evidence and Testimony We need to finally put this Regime on Trial for their High Crimes.
Anyone with Knowledge of these Crimes Mus tstep forward to not only Speak the Truth But Scream it from On High. Lenancy and Mercy will only be afforded to those who have the Balls to Speak Up Now, otherwise forever hold your peace and suffer the consequences.

The 35 counts for Impeachment of president George W. Bush are being read on the floor of the House of Representatives for the SECOND time.

Our representative government needs to understand we want to see accountability. And as our representatives we want to see them bring that about, or at the very least be seen demonstrating their position by their vote. We MUST see where they stand, before we vote in November.

The House may vote on this Impeachment legislation as early as tomorrow. [Wednesday]

Send e-mails to your representative ASAP. And phone their office first thing in the morning. Also, send emails to the House Judiciary Committee.

Dick Cheney, WAR CRIMINAL at large, judging anyone else as “evil” should be labeled the heigth of hypocracy. This man together with his sock puppet bu$h is responcible for the deaths of over 4000 americans, the maiming of another 40 k, the death of anywhere from 200 - 500k Iraqi’s, most civilians and the displacement over over 3 million Iraqi’s all to grab control of the oil. He missed an oppurtunity at avoiding and diplomacy because his plans include the destabilization of the entire middle east, a permanent state of war where american companies reap the profits from disfunctional goverments and their people. How many more going to die from his neo-con plans ? And this guy calls Iran “evil”?
