McCain

John McCain told a Memphis crowd gathered in memory of the assassination of Martin Luther King that “I was wrong” to oppose a national holiday for Dr. King, but that didn’t stop some in the crowd from heckling the would-be president.

Yes my name is Mohamud, and its not misspelled, thats how my parents wrote it and thats how its written in my Yemenie Passport, and English is a very easy language compared to other languages and I am sorry I included all white people but you got to admit that whites do have the largest percentage of sphyco racist among them, I mean lynching blacks for being black come on thats really evil, I am not saying muslims are perfect but at least we didn’t go looking for blacks in our countries and lynch them left and right and there is a lot of black arabs and muslims, come to Yemen and see for yourself.

While I agree that it is “noble”.....or at least a politically smart move for McCain to admit he had wronged his ignorance excuse makes him look like an absolute idiot. Anyone who was an adult during the time of Martin Luther King and who stays up to date with current events and is an American cannot claim that they were unaware of the man and unfamiliar with his accomplishments. Clearly, McCain was desperate for excuses and chose ignorance as his bs of choice. While I appreciate the effort, it scares me that a man with such a good shot at the presidency would claim to not know who MLK is. Certainly that is not the type of person we need leading this country.

It took McCain 40 years to realize that he was wrong in opposing a holiday legislation commemorating the struggle of a civil rights movement hero and an American patriot.

How slow a learner this old medieval man is! And yet he thinks he can lead this country towards a better future! If McCain , following 8 years of evil Bush, is the best Republicans can offer to lead this country, then I have no doubt that America is ruined for good.

Is this “bert” or “Chalmers” since you both like to use that “hahahaha” thing.  Since “Mohamud” is misspelled, my guess would be “bert” or “lib in Texas”.  “Lib in Texas” was the one saying muslims want to kill all white people remember.... of course then again.., Chalmers kind of spews that stuff too.  Boy, this is a hard one.  I’ll have to think on it....hmmmm....

Outraged,

For whatever the reason, I can’t connected to this link. Could be this browser..I’m wishing for a new (and NON-microsoft computer). And..if wishes were...yep...that’s how it goes. Anyway, I’ll keep trying.

Meantime, I have the same ‘wishes’ about his sincerity, but like you, Fadel, and others, I don’t think it’s the least bit genuine. It’s political expediency, just like his fellow running mate, Hillary Clinton.

I remember what Ron Paul also said about this day that commerates one of the greatest American’s in our history. He calls it “Hate Whitey Day”.

And, when they say things like that, it pretty much does make one inclined to hate them. If it isn’t ‘hate’ that incurs, it does make me at least, pretty sick to my stomach.

MacCain must learn to read the highway signs, when the sign say “Wrong way do not enter,” go back, he should obey.Wrong on Iraq, wrong on King, two wrongs, does make him “RIGHT.”

I see Mac the same way I saw Ronny - mentally Unfit for duty. Ronny Had Alzheimers long before he left Office. Nixon was mentally Ill suffering fom Paranoia, HW was a whimp and Not too sharp either, W is not only got an IQ that requires ‘Special Ed’ bu thas burned out the rest of his brain with Coke & alcohol. Cheney has been rubbing his hands together saying ‘Excellent’ for Decades! Mac is just another unwitting Pawn In the Stratedgy. And Hillary & Bill have been initiated to hedge the ‘Boys’ Bet. Why do you think Mac feels confident enough to forego Secret Service- because he is Protected by the Powers that control such ‘misfortunes’. Mac or Hillary will not be Bush’s third Term they will be Cheney’s 11th

Sometimes I wonder if they view anyone other than themselves as actual living breathing human beings.  We hear so much about these elitist clubs and the stuff boggles the imagination.  What type of drug does one need to ingest to qualify such debased thinking.  A link to the article that’s been on my mind:

Do I think McCain is genuine....? No.  I wish he were, but hey “if wishes were horses then beggars would ride”.  (I think that’s the the way it goes.) Which makes you wonder, did they teach such odd nursery rhymes to inculcate acceptance, or was that a warning? ....LOL

The only reason he is saying that is because black americans are not as weak as they used to be and if he could get a way with being a racist pig as he is really is, he would be playing a different tune. White people know how to play it safe when they need to, hahhahahahahah, scum white people, long live the Muslims who are not racist pigs.

I hope that McCain was sincere in his repentance, and that his words were not mere crocodile’s tears for political expediency. For, in fact, if I have learned anything about the world of politics, it is that most politicians cannot be trusted! Theirs is a pursuit of ego, power and self-aggrandizement.

At least he can admit a mistake, unlike some other presidential candidate I can think of.  Still is this guy the most boring public speaker alive or what?
