The Politics of YouTubePosted on Mar 11, 2008
This has been described as the YouTube election, so it seems only fitting to get YouTube’s take on how the candidates have fared in the realm of viral videos. For all the fuss, it turns out some of the less fortunate candidates were the most industrious new media campaigners. Political saboteurs are now using YouTube as their free global sign, the latest of course the display of images intended to destroy Barack Obama
This media assasination is deplorable and it will backfire on both the Clintons and the Republicans
Who wants to win an election this way?

I guess I’m still caught in the late twentieth century with regard to YouTube. I’ve never once posted a video and though I enjoy catching certain videos here and there, I’ve always found the thing a big exercise in self-importance. It seems, however, that YouTube has really evolved over the years and I am really impressed with these primary roundup videos. I am very curious to see what will happen in the general elections on YouTube. - TheEnd
