Clinton Stays on the Attack

If recent polls are any indication, Hillary Clinton’s “red phone” commercial has had an impact on voters. Perhaps for that reason, her campaign has launched a new attack ad.

Watch it:

Obama supporter John Kerry, who, one might recall, has been on the receiving end of attack ads before, responds here to Clinton’s latest assault.

The Obama campaign reportedly came back with its own radio ads attacking Clinton for not reading the National Intelligence Estimate before the Iraq war vote.

On television, however, he took a more positive stance with this two-minute ad buy:

Seems nobody has noticed, but the pix say’s it all!

Hillary’s ad: debate footage doctored to make Obama blacker!

Dont believe me? Look for yourself!

http://www.dailykos.com/storyonly/2008/3/4/21311/85811/447/468408

I wouldn’t vote for Hillary Clinton if she was the last man standing! We need a real kahuna in the White House.

The only thing Hillary demonstrates is she’s eager to descend to the same low as all the republicans men. What a monumental disappointment. I don’t know which makes me feel the most angst. The fact that Hillary has such a low opinion of the American voter, that she believes stooping to the Bush level is what they want. Or the fact that she has such a hollow sense of her own worth that she feels the need to stoop down to the Bush level.

But the most disgusting thing of all is the deliberate action taken to unconsciously focus the viewers attention on Obama’s blackness.

Disgusting.

So in the final analysis Hillary is not above using racial prejudice for political gain. Or at the very least not above feeding on the very real racial prejudice alive and well [albeit hidden] among folks in this country.

And people actually want this kind of leadership in the White House?

I have decided I could never vote for Barack Obama because his rhetoric is way too slippery! He said he worked on a project for Tony Resko for only 5 hours..now we find out Resko and Obama had many meetings over a 20 year friendship!
Also, Obama out and out lied about the NAFTA contact of his financial advisor! Then the memo appears disputing his claim, making Obama into just another ambitious politician willing to say or do anything!

Ahh, the disgusting reality about your legal lot is that they use ‘pro bono’ work as a resume reference and actually do as little of it as possible - and then only to grab the acclaim that they once or twice ever bothered to do anything for people who can’t afford their exorbitant fees.

The only truth is the level of slef-esteem and self-congratulation that they are too often accustomed to. Obama is no exception and his mansion in Chicage proves how little pro-bono work he actually did while busily feathering his own nest.

As has been the case too often recently, cyrena, you are again found out to be an extensive and inveterate liar!

Wow, Obama’s response ad was really good. That’s easily the best and most personal ad I’ve seen from the Obama camp. Hillary’s ads are all bunk, and all her criticisms of Obama are of skeptical quality. No worries, though. Her Neo-Conservative attack playbook will make it more difficult to cast these same doubts on Barack after he is the nominee. Thanks Hillary, but don’t let the door hit you on your way out!

More spin, eh Douglas?

How is it that you ‘know’ that Obama wasn’t ‘wanted by corporate clients’?

Well, you DON’T!! If you knew ANYTHING, you’d know that graduates in the legal field are ALWAYS at least ‘approached’ by the corps, and all too often, even those most sworn to ‘anti-corps’ end up being unable to ‘resist’ the call of the corps, because of those thousands upon thousands of dollars in ‘student loans’ that are looming.

In REALITY, public law, (civil rights, constitutional law, etc) is far more ‘prestigious’ in the legal community, even though it doesn’t pay much. It is ‘assumed’ that those who are in public law, (and do mostly pro bono work) are several classes above the corporate dogs. And, nobody who emphasizes public law, civil rights law, or any of the related areas of law (in their studies) EXPECTS to work for a corporation, since that is the ANTITHESIS to public law!!

So, while there ARE many new to the legal job market, who are willing to sell their souls to Wall Street, (and can be forgiven with those loans looming) those who are either already well heeled, or just don’t much CARE about ‘following the money’ will in fact turn it down.

It speaks to character. Something that Hillary just can’t have. She’s a product of the Rose Law Firm. The same corporate legal entity that defended GWB when he screwed the investors at Harken Oil.

So, you’ve sort of exposed your ignorance here again. Shit happens like that.

I don’t believe the polls if they are saying that the snarling hag strategy is winning Clinton votes.

The question we have to ask ourselvs is this…... The real reason why Obama “turned down” a corporate law was that he wasn’t wanted by corporate clients. Now he is attempting to sound like Hillary Clinton because his approach so far is failing.

And now his garbage about Al Qaeda in Afghanistan is coming back to him. He has kept on about that fantasy despite never having done anything about it - because he knows it is a deliberate illusion to keep US troops in Afgahanistan.

Effectively, Condoleeza Rice is managing Barack Obama through their cozy relationship on the Foreign Affairs Committee. He has left her (and thus Dick Cheney) to run things….. so he can run for president!

Pakistan’s assassinated leader, Benazir Bhutto said in December that Al Qaeda was based in Karachi - in Pakistan! That means that the US government is continuing to fund the Musharraf dictatorship there who are then channeling funds to Al Qaeda as a ‘straw man’ to keep the US interested in supporting them.

Additionally, it was known that Osama bin Laden was murdered in 2001 and the Taleban are based in Islamabad, not some remote tribal region… all arranged by the Pakistani secret police using US funds http://nl.youtube.com/watch?v=f1uLdmct8_E
