The Onion pokes fun at the nonsense issues, costume pageantry and theatrical pandering that have taken over the American electoral process.

Warning: This clip contains a generous portion of the word “bull****,” only without the stars.

Most accurate line:  “If it wasn’t for the media there would be a lot less bullshit in these elections.”

Oh Lordy!! This is absolutely hilarious!! I can’t stop laughing. Did you all notice the little theme insignia at the bottom of the screen…”WAR for the White House”?

Isn’t that part of our national bullshit history? We’ve had WARS on poverty, drugs, terror, etc, etc. Now the campaign is a WAR for the WH.

But, what should we really call this? Should it be a war OF bullshit? (like I long ago renamed the ‘war on terror’ to a ‘war OF terror?’ Or, should we call it a war FOR bullshit”. (Nope, we can’t call it a war ON bullshit – that’s not a realistic choice).

I think we have to settle for a war OF bullshit, FOR bullshit, to surpass all OTHER bullshit.

Who’s that in the photo with Bill and Hillary? Doesn’t look like Chelsea, but then, I do need new glasses.

#119425 by troublesum on 12/11: “Bill and Hillary are the best at waving to people in big crowds.  No competition there.  Edwards and Obama are not good wavers…. Hillary’s got it…”

Quote: “Not just talking bullshit but actually living the bullshit - that’s the mark of a true winner”, uhh, ha ha.

Not only funny but right on the money. If bullshit was eliminated from campaigns we would have nothing but candidates waving.

Bill and Hillary are the best at waving to people in big crowds.  No competition there.  Edwards and Obama are not good wavers.  Not good tumbs-uppers either.  Hillary’s got it.
