Fact-Checking the GOP Debate

MSNBC sets the record straight on some of the errors and misrepresentations from the first Republican debate: More than a few thousand soldiers have been injured in Iraq, you can’t flip-flop on abortion like Bush 41 if Bush 41 never flip-flopped, and Bill Clinton didn’t gut the Army—he modernized it with bipartisan support.

Not to mention the fact that according to most polls, Americans voted Republicans out of Congress because of the Iraq war, not the GOP spending spree, as Sen. John McCain would have you believe.

Nothing but softball questions that most people ont the street could answer.  Let’s ignore the facts and make shit up, All the canidates like lemmings, following the White House cronies over the cliff.  When Bush was running, he actually stated some points of view that were supportable. Soon as bush got the job, he ignored everything he said during the campaign, and lied his way to become, Commander Codpiece on the Good ship Lollypop.
The Republican Imbeciles did not say or support anything I wanted to hear, but, at least they showed their hands, I give them credit for that.  Their thoughts, comments and ideas should provide grave concern to all human beings. .

I’ve met liars, thieves, murderers, crackheads & junkies who were more honest than the a**-kissers I saw on the Republican ‘debate’. I wouldn’t trust any of them any farther than I could throw a cement truck.

The republican party has had to , out of neccessity become a party of liars. How else could this party have unashamedly goose-stepped behind the warrior god king of america as long as they have ? They deal in banalities or outright fabrications in the hopes of continuing to fool a majority of their constituants. They have been the enablers of this neo-con led fiasco that has been the last 6 years and they will continue to either do the bidding of the corporate CEO’s or the right-wing religous CEO(s). Its a race for them....hoping to hold onto the support of the clueless and the big money of the buisness interests, all at the expense of whats right for our country. They are, in supporting this administration and lying about the facts, the worst of traitors to our nation.

Rep. Ron Paul clearly won that debate with his intelligent and patriotic answers. He is the only candidate with knowledge of our Constitution, who cares about Americans instead of Israel, who knows what this country was founded on, and what a true Republican Government is supposed to be.

Lying in front of the high priestess of republicans Nancy Reagan. What will they do next?I received a copy of her asrological forecast for that night and it warned her to bring plenty of rolls of toilet paper because the bullshit was really going to be flying.I never believed in astrology but I am going to have to give it a second look.It is eerie to be that accurate.
