Jon Stewart

Jon Stewart goes looking for just who steps forward to take responsibility in this administration when things go wrong, as they often do in connection with the war in Iraq.

Well, you can see how all this works perfectly for the Republicans fundamentalist Christian base to whom Bush is some sort of extension of God.

When things go right for them they thank God, and when things go wrong they blame themselves or Satan.  God can do no wrong and so by extension neither can Bush.

Only reason I can think of why 30% of polls STILL believe in this guy.

The Bush administration has refused to take responsibility for anything and everything that has gone wrong since January 20, 2001.  They use a four step process:  1. Blame someone else. 2. If anyone questions your actions or your motives, attack their character.  Never admit any wrongdoing, even if it means lying to the press.  4. Repeat steps 1 to 3, as often as necessary.
The above method worked great for the first six years, but it seems to be wearing a little thin since the beginning of the new Congress.  Just remember that these crooks will not give up without a fight, and they no doubt have a contingency plan, to be used as a diversion, if their approval gets too low, or impeachment is considered.  When that diversion comes, recognize it for what it is!

Stewart does Bush better than Bush!

Which must be why Bush has been trying the comic one-liners lately,
but still not as funny as “Bush being serious.”

Or when Stewart does Bush!

Whatever would we do if we didn’t have comedians to help us understand this political stuff?
(Whatever would Bush do?)

This stupid administration went wrong on everything, not only Iraq war. Only Cheney makes big bucks through his Halliburton Company which holds all contracts in this war torn country.

Cheney has to answer all questions regarding this damned condemnation.

Bush: None of this is my fault unless something good happens, when it becomes entirely my doing.

I’ve never seen people lie so much as these people have. Do they even know what the truth is anymore?
