A simple answer for a simple question: you are not being ‘compelled’ to be ‘accepting’ and ‘tolerant’ of anything.

Also, as an African-American, I find it highly insulting to compare Gay Rights to the noble struggle of Black people, the descendants of slaves, who have been subjected to the most horrific treatment in the annals of human history, to secure civil rights, human rights and economic justice in the U.S.A. To many liberal-minded Occidental people, sin is in!
