ABC News’ Jason Ryan Reports: The Virginia Board of Elections has confirmed to ABC News that the FBI is investigating claims of voter intimidation and polling place misdirection surrounding the bruising Senate race there.

ABC News has obtained an audio wave file of a phone message left for resident and registered Virginia voter Tim Daly in which the caller claims to be from the Virginia Bd of Elections and informs Daly that he is not registered in VA and that if he shows up at the polls to vote he would be criminally prosecuted.

The James Webb Senate campaign is claiming that voters are being misdirected to the wrong polling stations.

With this new mandate for the Dem party, let us urgently get them to pass legislations regarding:
1] uniform voting system with paper receipt,in all states.
2] to put an end to “K-Street” influence and
3] to hold accountable, each & every elected official in Congress, Republicans and Democrats alike, by fully exposing their stand and voting record on all issues, by giving it wide media coverage.
Look, this has been the biggest defining moment in this country’s political history, since WW2.
We the citizens have to have a ‘direct say’ on what goes on in Washington D.C. and We the citizens, who have put these elected officials there and is paying their salaries ( they are not royalty, for crying out loud! ) need to hold them ‘answerable’ to us. Only then, can we avoid a repetition of another disastrous episode of “irresponsible governance” that we all had to go through in the last few years.

There is only thing that moves the world, & that is power.  This Neo-Con crowd would do anything to hold on to power, so I am not surprised they would coerce & intimidate voters.  Jackie T. Gabel, this is our country.  We don’t have to go anywhere.  We just need to register even more people to vote after we open their eyes about these rats.  I have no doubt in my mind that if our founding fathers could somehow resurrect, like Jesus allegedly did, they’ll start a revolution & get rid of the Bush people.  The right to bear arms in this country was not made for hunting purposes.  It was created to raise a militia in case our government abused its power.  Bush would be hunted like the wild turkey that he is: wobble, wobble!!!

Advice to Rove, let go of Allen now. If you fight for him you will only stink of being a sore loser, and badly. Consider the nation’s present jubilation you’d be attempting to deflate. Trying to take the high road of upholding justice by challenging the election result would only hold up if you and your party had not the wide spread reputation of the most corrupt government in American history. In other words, you have no ground to stand on. More than that, if you fight for him and somehow manage to keep him in office, then you’ll be stuck with George Allen for 6 more years. Think of the amount of money and man power which went into his campaign, think of the low level of dirty politics you had to reach for just to keep this dud alive alive (I didn’t mispell dude, Allen is a dud!). Take my advice only because I’d like you around for just a wee bit longer, Karl. Things might just get fun when everyone begins taking you apart in public.

If they get away with this, I’m leaving the country.  I won’t share the air with the criminals doing it nor the wimps allowing it.
