Jon Stewart and Geneva convention
From Comedy Central

Apparently the Yale MBA program teaches one how to become a more efficient Nazi and little else.

Thanks for posting up this Daily Show episode.  Jon Stewart is king of political comedy.

Bush asks, “How do we know if we’re doing something immoral or illegal?”

Simple answer: If you wouldn’t do it to an American citizen, then it should never be done to anyone else including our enemies.

Bush is trying very, very hard to make the claim that only White, Christian Americans deserve equality under the law, fair trials and protection from torture. Bush is trying to make the case that if your brown skinned or believe in a diffeent religion then you deserve NO legal rights and can be tortured.

Is this the American ideal we want to spread?

Thanks again Jon Stewart for showing us how to laugh at what seems to be a page from Orwell’s next novel.  But while we laugh are we also figuring out how to overturn these outrages.  If the Democrats win in November will they overturn this and other ridiculous legislation or is this truly the new America?  Are we really so powerless to let a man who is obviously a buffoon redefine what makes our country great?  Does noone recognize the face of the New World Order and what it means for humanity?  Are we asleep or are non-humans taking over?  Mr. Bush, where is your compassion now???
