From AlterNet

Check out this video a blogger (and AlterNet) made of being tossed out of Sean Hannity’s “Freedom Concert” simply for being liberal.

Calling All Wingnuts via AlterNet:

Last week, blogger Mike Stark of Callingallwingnuts and I attended Sean Hannity’s “Freedom Concert” at the Six Flags park in New Jersey.

Mike was kicked out as soon as he was recognized as a liberal blogger (and the bane of right wing talk show hosts). Mike calls in to challenge their views. That’s it. And they don’t like it.

But don’t read, watch what “Freedom” means to Sean Hannity and his ilk…

Hannity produces a concert where his audience is comprised of 99.9% white.  He invites only “white” great americans to perform and claims to provide scholarships to the dependent kids of our fallen heroes.  Now, if I am wrong, someone please let me know.  If there is an all-white audience, who do you think are getting the scholarships.  Would someone provide me with that information.  This guy is the ultimate phoney. Americans of all colors are dying in Iraq.  This is truly an “amazing american jerk”.

For Hannity to treat a liberal or any person in this way seems an overt act of lunacy.  What was he worried his cohorts would do in front of the liberal press to embarass him?  Drop trow and moon?  Nice job of winning converts to your side. What is it your callers say?  Oh yeah; “You’re a great American, Sean!” There now, it’s your turn to tell me.  What a phoney!

The man certainly is a piece of work ...

We took a riff on Hannity, last week, on The Garlic

Talk Host Hannity Blasts U.N., Lebanon Over Evacuation; “Again, They Let The Buses Sit Idle”
Gets Backed By Coulter; Evacuate All “Except Any liberals, New York Times Reporters, or Any of The Jersey Girls”

Well, I think I agree that it was wrong to kick people out. But the video was done so poorly that it’s hard to tell. Part of doing video for the web is that you make it legible
