Stephen Colbert does a riff on Bush’s “words.”

Stephen Colbert satirically lauds Bush’s attempts to make his words speak louder than his actions (i.e. nonexistent WMDs become, in Bush’s mouth, “weapons of mass destruction related program activities”).
