Rahm Emanuel to Republicans: Does Ann Coulter Speak for You?

Posted on Jun 9, 2006
Rahm Emmanuel

Rep. Rahm Emanuel

We usually don’t like drawing attention to the hateful Coulter, but Rep. Emanuel’s condemnation of the arch-conservative pundit shouldn’t be missed.

Rahm Emanuel via Crooks and Liars:

That doesn’t matter to Ms. Coulter because she’s doing it to enrich herself. But there is something more sinister in Ms. Coulter’s words:  The hate she spews is the same kind of hatred we’re battling in the war on terror. As a country of thought and reason, I urge all of us to reject it.  I must ask my colleagues on the other side of the aisle: Does Ann Coulter speak for you when
she suggests poisoning [..] Supreme Court Justices or slanders the 9/11 windows?widows?  If not, speak now.  Your silence allows her to be your spokesman.  She should apologize to all of us who’ve lost our fellow citizens [unintelligible]

To William
talk about crap you have been “conditioned” (some people call it brainwashed I call it you are stupid and a terminally whiny, guilt ridden, delusional, liberal bed-wetter)

I don’t care if Saddam The Butcher of Baghdad was in on 911 The Butcher of Baghdad Saddam is a Terrorist the fact is that he had invaded Kuwait, burned its oil fields in a dastardly act of eco-vandalism, killed some 5,000 of his own people with chemical weapons at Halabjah, and stuffed another 400,000 or so of his constituents into mass graves. Actually, Saddam Hussein knew plenty about terrorism. In essence, he owned and operated a full-service general store for global terrorists, complete with cash, diplomatic aid, safe haven, training, and even medical attention. Such assistance violated United Nations Security Council Resolution 687.  The results not only broke international law, we know that Saddam Hussein’s government supported terrorism by paying “bonuses” of up to $25,000 to the families of Palestinian homicide bombers. How do we know this? Tariq Aziz, Hussein’s own deputy prime minister, was stunningly candid about the Baathist government’s underwriting of terrorist killings in Israel. That’s enough of a reason to bring his house down. I have no guilt or compassion for stupid people or Terrorist. And i bet You are stupid enough that you refer to Terrorist as people they are not people they are wild vishes sick animals and they need to be put down as wild vishes sick animals. I am thinking about starting up a web site with a data base where terrorist animal supporters like you can volunteer to be beheaded or blowen up by Terrorist. so that people that don’t support Terrorist wont be beheaded or blowen up I bet you would be the first one to volunteer. America has tried to appease these wild vishes sick animals without any good results for years. Albert Einstein wrote, “The problems that exist in the world today can not be solved by the level of thinking that created them. and it is time for another level of thinking appeasement dosen’t work. My friend as you say Ann Coulter tells The truth but Most people are so intreanched in their “condition” (some people call it brainwashed I call it you or stupid) that they will not believe it they are in denial or simply have shut their eyes from seeing the truth. Those that do see are cowering in the dark knowing full well what awaits them if they speak out. A few are speaking out, like Ann Coulter but only a few Americans may be able to hear them during a commercial break, while watching another inane sitcom or perhaps another sports extravaganza. That is provided they are not doped up or too drunk to see the truth if the truth is hate then i like it i love it and i want more of it.If you believe that Ann Coulter is hateful put me in a room with a bunch of terminally whiny, guilt ridden, delusional, liberal bed-wetters. And I have no guilt that I more than likely hurt your feelings or any other terminally whiny, guilt ridden, delusional, liberal bed-wetters feelings. The proublem with ending up on the wrong web site is that real Americans are hard to find. Let me know if you find any real Americans I dout that you will because you obviously do not have the intellectual capacity to understand what it means to be a real American.

Ms. Coulter. Living proof that one can be schooled in America’s finest institutions, yet still resort to juvenile tactics when trying to take down opponents. Advantages that Ms. Coulter has, well, yes she can be humorous, something I cannot say of the left even when they put their “comedic” talents to work, i.e., Al Franken, Janeane Garofalo, etc.
Can’t say that her writing isn’t entertaining, but rich in intellectual substance and civility, absolutely not. Still prefer her to any contemporary leftist columnist.

P.S. Mace Price, glad to see that you’re still on line. Hope you’re holding up allright under present circumstances.

To Randy
It takes a dumbass to get the wrong website and a dumber ass to post a comment on a cite that you obviously do not have the intellectual capacity to understand. You and the wingnuts are not capable of guilt much less compassion.  That makes you soulmates with Coulter.  Sociopaths. You have been deceived by your own leaders.  You probably still think Saddam was in on 911.  You have fallen for all their bullshit, lock stock and barrel.  I guess it requires an ability to think for one’s self to sort out the crap from what is the truth.  Try using reason sometime.  Maybe it will help you and your friend Coulter to work through the hate.

Ann Coulter has the sex appeal of a broom stick. To top that, she has the brains of a pile of cow manure. Need proof: watch her exchange on CBC(abt 6 months or so ago) where she insisted that Canada had sent troops to Vietnam. She is a loud mouth dummy who like other right wingers(Sean, Rush etc) are cashing in on Corporate controlled right wing media and their lap dog named FCC.

The NY Daily News has an article about Coulter’s “disputed election ballot” in Florida.

Coulter registered to vote at her Realtor’s address when she bought a $1.8 million Palm Beach home last year. But instead of filing a change of address as a poll worker told her to do, she went ahead and voted in the wrong precinct, the Palm Beach Post reported.

Coulter denied knowingly voting in the wrong district in a Fox News Channel interview Tuesday night, and said she actually lives in New York.

She said the reporters who wrote about the case are “all retarded” and accused Palm Beach officials of having a sexually transmitted disease.

“I think the syphilis has gone to their brains,” she said. “This is all false, I’m telling you.”

[end quote]

Only on Fox is such conversation considered fair and balanced. Well, also by their followers, I guess.

From now, every mention of a Republican should be as follows:  He is an Ann Coulter Republican; in public he pretends to care about the citizens, but behind their backs he ridicules their suffering.

Ann Coulter doesnt really add up to much, a dumbed down bad mouthed version of Rushton Limbaugh with sex appeal added to the bargin. The future of The Democratic Party is going to come down to Rahm Emanuel, Nancy Pelosi and The Clintonista element—Those visionaries who lost the House of Representatives trying to push gun control back in ‘94, and John Murtha, who while he is not by Leftist definition a progressive has nonetheless visibally done more single handed to challenge the reasoning behind this war and its continued prosecution than have the former; who will probably prevail.

The mumblemouthed Tony Blankley(sp?), the editorial page editor for the Washington Times, would not repudiate the loathsome woman on Diane Rheme this Friday morning; he only took issue with her use of language. So one might surmise that if she doesn’t speak for Republicans, she at least speaks for those who speak for Republicans. May I write “Just ignore the anorexic cunt, and she might go away” and be excused for my use of terms, but endorsed for the idea?

I would like to know if any Republicans responded to that. If not, it sends a pretty strong message of what the Republicans are about. Not that we don’t already know but for “middle America” y’know. Anyway, anybody who watches C-SPAN 24/7 catch that?

This guy’s been on the rise for awhile and now he smells GOP blood in the water…It’ll be interesting to see where he ends up. I’d say at least majority whip.
