My favourite stuff is the stuff he did for British TV before he was so famous as now. Because people thought he was genuine he could trick them into revealing how bigoted they are - like when the Texas rancher admits he wishes they could hunt jews too.

Anyone who thinks Borat is a ripoff of Yakoff Smirnoff needs to be kidnapped, stuffed into a trunk and left in Branson.

Sasha Baron Cohen aka Borat is a refreshing new comedic talent who is doing what EVERY American comedian wishes he/she could do!Create a character that has captured the attention of the media for more than “15 minutes”!His innovative characterizations;Borat,Bruno, and Ali G,sure beat the hell out of the brain damaging Jackass series!

Interesting development.
I thought Borat could never ever generate actual news. And now this. He has done a great job with the marketing of his show.

Thank you for sharing this story with me !
