Anti-U.S. attack video
From YouTube

Videos showing attacks on U.S. troops in Iraq have started appearing on sites like YouTube. The service is taking many down, but it can’t keep up with the volume, and they abound.

Like this one.

N.Y. Times:

Videos showing insurgent attacks against American troops in Iraq, long available in Baghdad shops and on Jihadist Web sites, have steadily migrated in recent months to popular Internet video-sharing sites, including YouTube and Google Video.

Many of the videos, showing sniper attacks against Americans and roadside bombs exploding under American military vehicles, have been posted not by insurgents or their official supporters but apparently by Internet users in the United States and other countries, who have passed along videos found elsewhere.

Among the scenes being viewed daily by thousands of users of the sites are sniper attacks in which Americans are felled by snipers as a camera records the action and of armored Humvees or other military vehicles being hit by roadside bombs.

jon jon jon. whether islam is or is not the enemy as a religion is irrelevant. The fact is that many of their leaders in the ME HAVE declared WAR on US.it is not people who wage wars,it is their leaders.but it is unfortunately the burden of the particular nation waging war’s people.the people must be defeated along with their leaders.if the muslim people had any desire for peace at all, they would be helping the US to overthrow their leaders.everyone seems to forget that islamic jihad is nothing new and the Bushes didnt invent as the libs would like to tell you.the destabilization in russia has led to a huge, high tech black-market weapons market, making very very dangerous men have the ability to acquire high tech dangerous weapons.and these leaders have shown that they will even destroy themselves to destroy us.you put the two together and it doesnt take a genius.but it is not the average citizen in   Iran or Lebanon we need fear,it is their leaders, and that unfortunately is the fate of their people.Americans had better wake up to the real threat,or well be having another committee about who knew what when and how the blame game, but thell be no one left to play it.

The Chinese government decides that its citizens may not see certain things on the internet—that’s censorship and it shows that they don’t respect human rights.  We are free, and we are good (That’s why terrorists hate us, isn’t it?)—but somebody has decided that we may not see certain things on the internet.  We also have a government that likes to keep more and more information secret—I expect the daily weather report to be classified any day now.  Go figure.

I’m sorry big Al, but it is you who should be asking youself “am I really that stupid.” You have taken characteristics of a group and generalized it to an entire population. From your post:
“you sound ominously like you want the jihadists to win…are you a muslim”
Are you really implying that you think all muslims are jihadists? If so you are sadly mistaken. Do you know anything at all about Islam? Islam is a religion of peace. In Islam, a jihad is a holy war to settle a dispute in which *no civilians are harmed*. So just because a group of extremists have twisted the religion to thier end, does not mean the entire population of muslims also share thier views. Second of all, I am sick of hearing people say how they are so evil because they behead people. Would you care to count the tens of thousands of Iraqi civilians dead from our invasion? And thats not counting the thousands more who have not been killed, but just injured and maimed. If an American fighter jet drops a bomb, hits the wrong building and kills hundreds of civilians no one cares. But as soon as an american is beheaded they are labled as vile and evil. It is very simple minded how you reduce an entire people by the actions of a small group. How would you like it if the entire US population was judged by, say the actions and beliefs of the KKK? I mean not to insult you personally, but to ask you to really think about what you are saying.

sammy,

you sound ominously like you want the jihadists to win…are you a muslim?if not,how can you voice support for people who regularly execute their women for “honor crimes”,blow themselves up for their “religious beliefs"and televised beheadings of not only our troops, but private contractors as well.do you believe that these people should have themselves elevated to control powers of the state?as oppressive as we are to other countries in the world to support our pleasant lifestyle,do you want it the other way around?please, ask yourself these ?s,and maybe when oyu develop the ability to THINK, we can chat sometime.oh, and uh,ask yourself,“am i really that stupid?

The americans need to see these videos as well. Not just the one sided victory crap served by the US media.

A one-sided presentation is just as stupid as showing americans being consistently victorious, with no fatalities. Why then not show the other half of the picture?
