Freeman Replacing Cronkite in CBS News Intro
Posted on Jan 4, 2010

Freeman has made CBS’ cut to provide the trustworthy-sounding introduction to the network’s nightly news broadcast, replacing another prominent media figure whose familiar voice had provided the lead-in to Couric’s broadcast: Walter Cronkite. —KA
