Dogg is my co-pilot: Snoop Dogg gets behind the wheel of a Dodge Challenger with an unidentified passenger in this photo from 2008.

Snoop Dogg would like to speak to President Obama on behalf of a friend of his, and her name is Mary Jane. The pot-friendly rapper, né Calvin Broadus, also has visualized how this meeting would ideally take place at the White House, as he recently described to Hot 99.5’s Toby Knapp.  —KA

Politico:

“Before I even said ‘Hi’ to President Obama, I would change the aroma of the room.…And then we could start conversing after we had that aroma change. You know what I’m talking about?” (transcript via Jezebel).

To Reverend-whatever-his-name-is:

The same group of “scientists” said that milk was bad and children who drink too much of it are exposed to a risk of developing diabetes later in life.

Reverend: Also, you are also wrong about prenatal exposure. Here are the facts on cannabis
and babies, it is actually good for them. I know you think that is shocking, but
that just shows how badly everyone has been brainwashed.

To people posting things about who should have liberty and where and when they should have it;
In all states where MJ was legalized for med. use the number of deaths and injuries due to car accidents dropped significantly. Also the number of deaths and injuries due to drunk driving dropped, but only accounted for about half the difference.
Using MJ is safer than not using it. I know this goes against the emotions and intuition of people who hate and fear MJ, but that is why we should make laws based on fact and evidence.

Goy :  I’ve been court appointed to defend petty marijuana haulers for a long time.  The only victories were when I defended white people.  Somehow the juries could believe them.  Not one victory for a minority.  Smoke that Goy.

How many families lives have to be ruined for people like you to finally be sadistically sated?

“legalization will come only after certain clownish aspects of the users
evaporates”

We all know that the day when no pot smoker ever acts like clown will never
come. Fortunately that is not the hurdle we have to jump. Legalization will come
when our religious freedom rights are respected.

I don’t consider my people going to jail for our sacrament humorous, perhaps
Ron can explain it.

To Surfboy, towards that end, I decided to make hats for our leaders. I will be
making mitre Pope hats for people I consider cannabis religious leaders. I have a
lot of hats to make.

Ron makes a good point. Silliness discredits serious consideration. I would not want casual use though.  Ceremonial use would bring a sophisticated limitation to usage that might make transition to legalization or licensed use safer.

Government workers where secrecy is involved should not use at all; Nor pregnant or nursing mothers. Adults should not use around children under 16.  No use at or near public schools.  No use by medical staff; cops, public transportation drivers, etc.

License to use should cost $65/yr and include one 24 hr. monitored use at a medical facility.

Entertainers like Snoop Dog, Cheech and Chong, Bill Maher make a mockery of the nations laws concerning marijuana.

Good for them.
