Everything’s Coming Up 3-DPosted on Mar 15, 2010
Although 3-D technology has been around so long that it almost seems quaint, it’s still the Next Big Thing, in a sense, in the entertainment industry, as even television manufacturers are chomping at the bit to get in on the action. What’s more, “Avatar” director and technological innovator James Cameron is apparently willing to overlook his dislike of converting 2-D movies into 3-D for the noble cause of bringing his own “Titanic” back to theaters with an added dimension. —KA

I hoping that 3-D will not go so far as having this be the only format for television available. 3-D is cool for occasional entertainment. Beyond that, I would feel concern.

It is nice to see that 3-D movies are making a comeback. I used to go to them when I was a little kid. A couple of years ago, I saw Beowulf in 3-D and it was really neat. This was the first 3-D movie I saw in a long time.

HD provides us with the sharper images of the garbage and now 3D is going to make it three-dimensional. Long live technology!!!
