Expensive mistake?: Jackson and Timberlake on Feb. 1, 2004.

It was the “wardrobe malfunction” seen around the world, and for most it’s really old news by now, but Janet Jackson’s famous mammary flash from the 2004 Super Bowl has once again come to the attention of the top U.S. court.

The New York Times:

The Supreme Court on Monday set aside a ruling by the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, in Philadelphia, that had overturned a $550,000 fine imposed by the Federal Communications Commission on CBS for the “wardrobe malfunction,” as the fateful moment has been described.

The high court said the Third Circuit should give “further consideration” to its conclusion last July 21 that the F.C.C. was wrong to fine the network. A three-judge panel of the Third Circuit said the F.C.C. had not given broadcasters enough advance notice that it was tightening its policies involving fleeting displays of nudity, and that CBS should not have been held responsible for the actions of Ms. Jackson and her performing partner, Justin Timberlake.

Let’s get real. We prosecutes call girls and not the johns. Mothers who breast feed their kids in public get fined. Janet Jackson shows a glimpse of her boob and the gov’t goes ga-ga. While all this is happening, the butchers of the environment and hubris continues to be pervasive.

Why was this incident pinned on Janet Jackson? As I recall, Justin Timberlake ripped off her bodice apparatus. Why no outrage over Mr. Sexy/Back’s agressive action?

Please, the female body is totally against god’s (or is that dog’s) wishes for viewing. Crime goes up, life starts to wither and even the sun light is tainted when a breast is exposed on the msm. Doomesday is coming and it is janet jackson’s fault by not keeping her nipple out of the view of all the saintly people here in america. Everybody needs to triple their prayer everynight and 3 times a day. Thank you supreme court for putting aside all those other frivolous matters that aren’t near as important as this.

Is free Viagra still being handed out to male inmates in US prisons?  Just thought I’d ask given that a breast, bared or unbared is not only an obvious sexual aberration, its existence corrupts the very fiber of the American soul.

I guess the lies and the lying liars that tell the lies are so prolific and numerous nowadays that for years the general public is kept confused about the truth, by the very entities guilty in the first, and the second case. Thankfully, the courts do no better, hence keeping the playing field level at below the guttered waterline, and wind up capitulating and supporting the lies and liars, and the very entity designed to oversee the law breakers, is more or less an illegal contraption conjured up by ignoring the Constitution, and faux enforcing on the monied power player granted extraordinary privledges in an abhorrent unconstitutional revulsion of freedom and the people as well, disguised as the 1st amendment guardian for all, yet contracted by government force to be a special crowned holder, beholden by threat of license to spew their lords words obligingly.
The topping on the cake of course, is our supposed wonderment and purported gullibility designed by the lofty undermaster who can’t, we’re told, control itself or it’s paid staff nor the picture on the screen nor the sound emanating from it, in the ultimate completion of that famous Twilight Zone warning mixed with Orwellian perfection mere mortals only dream of concocting, more than a wardrobe malfunction, a stark naked denial of all sensibility humankind is said to have acquired with the ability to think, thrust upon us all by the uncontrollable situation of total power and electronic control planned for months and practiced for decades.
And so he said, lies laid bare :
“I’ll have you naked by the end of this song” , and lo and behold his power of word and intent stupefied the highest business and government disciples for years to come, perhaps religion was real, and the Jesus or the AntiChrist had revealed himself.
Frankly, I wonder how soon it will be before they strip emperor duaNero naked and dive right in delicto, and we’re all told afterwards it was just an imaginary or perhaps hallucinatory episode not even experienced by the overworked and exhausted performers at the time that really can’t be comprehended in any context since they had no control over their bodily actions or cranial cortexes due to unknown spurious emissions from the stage construction yet to be determined, legally or otherwise in any known or agreed upon reality.
