Allen Barra, Contributor

Allen Barra is regular contributor to the Wall Street Journal, the Washington Post Book World, and Bookforum. He is a contributing writer for American Heritage and the Village Voice.  His latest book, “Yogi Berra, Eternal Yankee,” was released in March 2009 by W.W. Norton & Company.  Barra was a finalist for the National Book Critics Circle’s 2005 Nona Balakian Citation for Excellence in Reviewing for his work for Salon.com.
